Finding Your Niche & Identifying Opportunities.

Next, we’ll delve into your brand’s demographics to identify who your target audience is, and what their pain points are. We’ll then take a closer look at your industry and competitors to work out where your podcast will fit in, and what its niche will be.

Once these points have been established, we’ll pinpoint any relevant content gaps, trends, and storytelling opportunities to ensure your show is capable of standing out in the competitive landscape.

Crafting Your Show’s Identity.

This stage is where we’ll collaboratively work together to develop the right podcast format for you and your brand. And it’s where you’ll start to see your ideas come to life.

So, we’ll start by mapping out the themes and topics that will become the premise of your show. We’ll then find the right episode structure and length, and which hosting style is most appropriate (i.e. solo, co-hosted, interview, or roundtable).

04 / Pre-Production

Laying the Foundation.

06 / Post-Production

Polishing Your Episodes.

Once we’ve wrapped up the recording for each episode, and everyone’s satisfied with how it went, your producer will take the raw audio files and edit them into final versions. Not only will this include audio mixing and mastering, but also expert sound design and quality enhancements.

The end result will be world-class audio that sounds professional, feels great, and delivers an immersive listening experience to your audience.

The main parts of post-production are:

07 / Publishing & Distribution

Sharing Your Message with the World.

With everything fine-tuned, quality-checked, and approved by you, your podcast is ready to be shared with the world. And instead of simply passing you the audio files, we'll handle the technical aspects.

So, we’ll publish and distribute them to all major listening platforms using our own, super-fast hosting platform (Podcast.co). We’ll also optimise each episode’s metadata, helping them reach listeners seamlessly.

During this step we:

1. Prepare show trailers, media assets and press releases

2. Roll out your show to Spotify, Apple Podcasts etc.

08 / Promotion & Marketing

Helping You Reach More Listeners.

Promotion is key to gaining traction. And after your show launches, we’ll help maximise your success with a tailored marketing strategy across social channels, web content, and email.

Depending on your needs and preferences, this could include audiograms, social posts, blog posts, paid ad campaigns, and more.

Who are Cue?

Cue Podcasts was formed in 2021 by Podcast.co due to our continued success in producing branded content for our family of products and clients alike. We've come to learn what makes good podcasts great, picking up a couple of awards on the way.

How much does a podcast cost?

It depends, based on your individual goals and objectives. The format, release schedule, production logistics and more go into your quote. Get in touch, we can discuss your project to help work out the finer details and provide a proposal for your podcast project.

How long does it take to launch a podcast?

It depends on the complexity of the format and the logistics of collaboration and production. That said, we are typically ready to publish the first episode within 6-8 weeks of our initial kick off call.

Do you do video?

Yes! We understand that in modern podcasting, having video content results in increased downloads/views and subscribers when done correctly. If you're unsure whether your podcast idea needs video? Get in touch.

Where are you based?

Our offices are based in Manchester, however our team is distributed across the UK. We've become masters of remote collaboration, this helps us to work seamlessly with clients all over the world while still being able to offer on-site or on-location recording.

How do you work with clients?

Typically, a client will get in touch and we will arrange a consultation call. We'll run through your ideas and goals and provide a proposal for your podcast based on your individual needs and requirements. Once happy, the real fun begins.
